At Van Winkle opposite Glasgow’s Barrowland Ballroom, you get a one-hour Kentucky-style afternoon tea built around halloumi, chicken, mac and cheese, pulled pork, brownies, waffles, tea, and coffee. Staff member Robbie is known for warm service, while bourbon and other drinks cost extra.
